WRITE! WRITE! WRITE!

I've had one email telling me that picture makes me look grumpy, another saying it makes a change from the usual manic ones. Y'can't please all the people all the time...

Here's another picture.





We are converting a chapel in Wales which will be about 2,000 Sq Ft. This is the HUGE lounge. kitchen/diner area. It should sleep 12-18 when finished and I'll be running courses there and letting it to writing groups who want a perfect retreat.

One bonus is a cafe/restaurant ten yards away and a pub 100 yards away. Means we can forgo cooking, have coffee/toast for breakfast, brunch at 11:30 and dinner at six (in the cafe). Cooking takes a lot of discussion time!

Chapel was supposed to be finished Xmas. It may be close to finished but I suspect it won't be totally signed off until January-February.

My year doesn't start until Sunday, and that being a birthday, maybe Monday (with hangover) is realistic.

But my target (let's not mess about here) is a million words, a novel, a short, flash or poem per day average) (365 for the year) and 730 subs (I have so much good unsubbed stuff I'm probably committing a crime...)

Of course anything I can do now gives me a running start. It's 5PM Wednesday and I've written nothing.
